The Third Meeting of the “The Giving Back Project by People from Overseas” was held.

On 26th of March, we discussed growing anti-foreignism and about how to improve the image of people from abroad as non-Japanese with three people from other countries who have a relationship to our organization.

At the meeting, we recognised the importance of participation in community cleanup events to get on well with Japanese.  Moreover, someone said introducing classes about foreign cultures and religions to understand each can be effective for the future in Japan.  There was also the opinion that Japanese and social network society might have the responsibility for growing anti-foreignism.

As usual, today, we could discuss a variety of aspects with people who have unique backgrounds.

Until the next meeting in April, we are going to continue to try our hardest.
