This time, we would like to introduce our assistance services for those who are unable to work for a certain period due to the COVD-19 infection and need financial support.

【Allowance for injuries and diseases】

You can receive the allowance for injuries and diseases from the health insurance (Social insurance or National Health insurance) for the period you were unable to work due to the COVID-19 infection.

【Mr. E’s Case】

Mr. E requested financial support since his income had been reduced upon his COVID-19 infection. After consulting him over the phone and email, we provided him with information on applying for the allowance for injuries and diseases in English. He was able to receive it at the end.
