What we offer

Japanese staff at Accept International will provide you with advice and suggestions by phone or email, free of charge, on any problems that foreign residents in Japan may be experiencing while living in Japan.

For example, we can assist you with the following items. We will accompany and support you as needed.

• Assistance with house hunting, conversations with real estate agents, and smooth move-in process
• Assistance in finding hospitals and talking with doctors and medical professionals
• Find a nursery school, kindergarten, or daycare center
• Life consultation during study in Japan (eg. how to find a part-time job, how to find a scholarship, how to communicate with the student affairs office)

Caution

• Staff members at Accept International are not professionals in law, finance, or any other field. We do not negotiate, arbitrate, or prepare contract documents.
• We operate with a very small team, so it may take time to respond to your request.
• Please refrain from asking questions or making requests that are offensive to public order and morals.

• Foreign nationals who have just arrived in Japan
• Foreign nationals living in Japan who are unfamiliar with life in Japan
• Foreign nationals living in Japan who have difficulty communicating in Japanese
